1 Board up - emergency service

2 File a claim
Filing a claim can be a confusing process. Our team of professionals is standing-by to assist with any questions or concerns you may have when contacting your insurance company.
3 Matterport/estimate
Matterport scans are essential and important to do early in the claims process. As they ensure you are reimbursed properly for the building materials you have. Building a 3D layout with measurements of the home can be of the utmost importance when trying to properly estimate and settle a claim with your insurance company.
4 Adjuster walk
When the insurance sends out a representative to walk the property, we can be there at your side to help answer questions and to ensure that you are treated fairly. Making sure your scope of repairs is written fairly from the beginning can help minimize supplements later and keep projects moving swiftly.
5 Agreed scope
As one of the most important parts of the restoration process, settling with your insurance on an agreed scope will determine how much of a budget you have to work with on your rebuild project. Making sure you are properly reimbursed is of the utmost importance and our experienced estimating team will help make sure that you receive the highest settlement possible.
6 Demolition
Before reconstruction can begin, all damaged and charred materials need to be removed from the home. Our team will remove and dispose of these materials ensuring the home is in a rebuild-ready state.
7 Supplements
Once all demo is complete, our team of experts will re-walk the property to ensure nothing was missed during the initial estimating phase. During this phase, the house is “opened up” to confirm the true extent of the damage and adjustments are made as needed.
8 Construction
Making your home truly yours is what FW Restorations is all about. During the rebuild process you will work closely with one of our project managers to make sure the materials, layout, and details of what goes into your home are what YOU want. After going through the long and vigorous claims process it is important to build back a home you absolutely love.
9 Final walk/punch
Here at FW Restorations we know the devil is in the details! Making sure everything finishes to a standard you deserve and with a final product you love involves finishing your project strong. A punch-walk will be done within the last week of the project making sure we don’t miss a thing!
10 Matterport
